Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely, new, modern apartment with excellent facilities. Large bathroom/utility with walk-in shower. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances needed. Lounge with large flat screen TV and much appreciated air conditioning unit. Balcony outside of lounge. Spacious bedroom with very comfortable bed, lots of storage, desk and Juliette balcony. Owner was very polite, helpful and communicative regarding access issues.

Negative: Issues, beyond owner's control, with car park barrier and key pad entry to the apartment block. Balcony could benefit having some furniture although the current outlook is onto the next phase of development.
