Positive: Location was ok with a private parking. The flat was clean and well equiped.
Negative: 1) We have stayed dozens of hotels and flats but this was the 1st time that we have been asked to pay € 20/day if we would use air conditioner...it is impossible in late June without air conditioner in Italy! We had to say that it is stated as free of charge at booking(reservation) Than they stopped talking about it. 2) Wi-fi was really weak and you need to carry the modem with you upstairs or downstairs...This effected our comfort( we were 4) really negatively. Once I mentioned this issue to owner she was upset about this complaint. 3) The inner stairs are very narrow and tough to use. You need to be healthy to use them. Not easy for babies and old people.
Summary: Our expectations were more.!!
