Summary: The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast and proximity to Pearl Street. Coffee is limited in the lobby, so do not rely on it. We reserved a king room, received two double beds. The beds were uncomfortable. Cookies in the lobby on Friday were burnt. The room was freezing. When we updated the temperature, it felt like an oven. The a/c leaked and made sounds. Saturday morning, my husband showered and walked into the room to change and found too men on the room right out our window. They stayed there the entire day. No privacy and hearing them talk. It was uncomfortable to be in the room, even with blinds closed. The shower went from freezing to scolding hot. Some staff were nice, others seemed to hide. I would not recommend or stay again. They charge $25 a night for parking, which is not mentioned on their site. It is in an alley, so delivery vans will block you in.
