Welcome to the Celtic Cottage! Renovated down to the studs in 2022, this home is a full time short-term rental perfect for everything Notre Dame. Be one of the first to stay in this newly remodeled home within one mile of Notre Dame's campus. Home was recently remodeled by an ND architect and is owned by alumni who live nearby. At the Celtic Cottage you'll find high quality bedding, linens, furniture and amenities throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances.
The space
Sleeping Options - This home sleeps 13 people total. There are two queen bedrooms on the first floor and a larger bedroom upstairs complete with a queen and twin bed. In the basement you'll find another bedroom with a queen and a den with two full size futons. There are full size bathrooms on the first floor and in the basement. You'll also find a laundry room in the basement should you need it.
TVs - The home includes two brand new Samsung 4K Smart Tvs equipped with Youtube TV. In the main living area, we have a 75in screen and the basement den has a 65in screen.
Working Space - Should you need space to work remotely, we have a desk in basement bedroom and upstairs bedroom.
Backyard - For your outdoor entertaining needs, the backyard is equipped with several Adirondack chairs, a Weber charcoal grill and a Spike Ball set.
Guest access - Guests can access the house using a door key pad on the front door with a unique code generated for each renter. Codes are able to be used during the stay, and erased after each trip is complete.
