This four bedroom, three bathroom home has room for the full family, including a dedicated office space, media room, balcony with views of Powell River and passing cruise ships, and a spacious fenced backyard with BBQ for use and raspberries and blueberries for your enjoyment.
Upstairs includes an open-concept kitchen and living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Kitchen is stocked with dishwasher tabs, dish soap, spices, coffee, and basic pantry staples. A booster/high chair and extra dining chairs are available for use.
The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, his and her closets, and blackout blinds. The attached ensuite includes a large soaker tub and separate shower with dual shower heads.
Two other bedrooms are upstairs: one with twin beds and another with a double bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have blackout blinds. A full bathroom is next to both bedrooms and just down the short hallway from the master.
Downstairs you will find a dedicated office space, full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, laundry room and media room.
Laundry soap and wool dryer balls are provided.
Media room is stocked with games, puzzles, and DVD's, kids toys, books and games.
Playpen is provided as well.
