You may walk to Old San Juan in 40/45 minutes with shores views. 5 minutes walking to Health food store (called Fresh Mart, very similar to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) and Starbucks. Walgreens & CVS within 2 blocks walking. 10 minutes drive to airport.
