The distance between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Selvanova, Nuevo Centro Urbano, Playa del Carmen is approximately 55 kilometers (34 mi) if you take the main highway (Highway 307). The driving time can vary depending on traffic and the route you take, but it usually takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour to get from the airport to Selvanova Coto 11 by car or taxi. There's an assigned parking space onsite at the condo complex. But if you’re not renting a car, it’s best to pre-arrange round-trip airport transportation. Let us know, we can help with that!

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety. All cameras only face outdoor areas or corridors.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
