Positive: Location is perfect for mtb enthusiasts. Also it is gorgeous, lovely view, easy to get to

Negative: It is very remote, and does not have any shops or food facilities. Some food facilities do work sometimes, so we been told. But, maybe it is a good thing, take all what you need with you. This what i did and we cooked all our meals
