Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Overall we liked our stay. We could not park near the house but found a public, free parking 300 m from the house. We were a bit tired to go out for dinner so cooked the pasta we found in the kitchen :) Bottled water was available as well as coffee capsules. You are a few minutes drive to Cernobbio where you can really enjoy magnifique view of the lake.
Negative: You have to drive up a steep hill in very narrow streets (at least for medium to big cars) so be prepared if your car has manual gear ;) Actually, not at all a problem for me. View from the windows was not exceptional but still impressive. If you expect to have a view on the lake of Como, you might be disappointed a bit.
