On arrival at the cottage there is ample gravelled parking for 2 vehicles located at the back entrance to the property. Make your way inside the cottage to find a pleasant kitchen/diner, equipped with a double electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge and all the essentials required for preparing light meals and snacks as you wish.The homely and welcoming sitting room is a charming space with a four-seater dining table and Chesterfield seating, the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring what the area has to offer! Moving through the property find two bedrooms, one of which is a twin and enjoys access to a fabulous Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and the other a super-king-size with a sleek en-suite bathroom. Travel a short distance into Comrie, a village hosting a handful of amenities, including the wonderful gourmet delights and snug bar at the Royal Hotel, access to the esteemed Comrie Golf Club, and the wonderful creatures that call the Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre their home!
