The kitchen features a built-in stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer, plus a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. Please note that like most homes in Punta Cana, there is no dishwasher, but the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils.

➜ *SNOWBIRD* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $3000 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $2800 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $2800 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.
