Negative: being a return customer from the four seasons/hyatt era, you can see the lack of maintenance is clearly showing off…a shame since the property is so beautiful and the style so timeless, there is no need for a big remodeling, just better maintenance and more care in the details. the hardest part is the team and you’ve got it…
