Positive: It was quiet and Arianna was nice. The full light blocking shades over the windows are awesome

Negative: Place was pretty beat up and it wasn't very clean. I bought a sponge to do the dishes but that's not a big deal. Bedroom lights didn't work, tv gets a few Italian channels but no access to any apps for late night watching. Water will stay hot but change to cold for a short time then back to hot. Mold in the bathroom closest to the kitchen and the shower is in pretty bad shape mold and seal wise.
