Summary: Als allererstes muss ich den Service durch Herrn Berkenbosch mehr als lobend erwähnen! Er stand grundsätzlich fast rund um die Uhr bei Fragen und Hilfe zur Verfügung und hat auch sofort reagiert. Ganz toll! Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut traumhaft! in den Hang hinein gebaut und mit direktem Blick auf das Meer! Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das hat aber auch seinen Charme. Trotzdem wären vielleicht bei Gelegenheit mal ein paar Sanierungsarbeiten angesagt: im Pool lösen sich die Kacheln, im Wohnzimmer liegen einige Steinplatten hohl, etc. Ganz dringend muss die Wi-Fi-Abdeckung im Haus optimiert werden. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit ein ganz klarer Standard, der hier nicht mehr eingehalten wird: der Pool ist gar nicht mehr ausgeleuchtet, im Kellergeschoss ist ebenfalls keine Internetverbindung zu bekommen. Da sich das Haus auch noch in einem Funkloch befindet bist nicht mal eine Mobilfunkverbindung möglich. Das gehört DRINGEND verbessert!
