Positive: Not too much positives. The apartment is big so everyone can find place for himself/herself. There was a place to leave a car however it was not closed so everyone can park a car there (it means that in the season you may have a problem to leave a car, also I think that my car was scratched when was parked there :( )
Negative: We were there in winter - it was very cold in the apartment. The first day after arrival it was 10 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning and 2 gas heaters are used to heat the rooms - unfortunately they are insufficient. After a few days we managed to raise the temperature to 18 degrees (of course due to safety reasons gas heaters were used only a few hours when we were in the apartment). Only 3 air conditioners can work at the same time. Turning on anything else blows the fuse. In my opinion, the apartment needs renovation (especially one room, which, when we saw it, we closed it and never went in again because it was so unpleasant) The lack of a dishwasher is a big minus.
