Positive: I liked the security of the electric gates and the location was great with direct access a few steps to the lakeside. The villa was very modern with electric shutters and the beds were comfortable. It is well equipped and had just about everything we needed
Negative: The electrics are a little too fragile as they shouldn't really trip just because an oven and a dishwasher are running similtaneaously, this caused a small issue but to be fair it was all sorted in an hour or so by the agents. Not a complaint but it would be useful to have hand soap in the bathrooms when you arrive and a teatowel would have been helpful. Couldn't get the coffee machine (Kimbo Uno) to work, looked like it was Nespresso compatible but the capsules we brought didn't work they just filled up the waste compatment, so wasted some money there and had no coffee. According to the German family in the ajoining villa they are not compatible?????? I guess it would be nice to be met on arrival and shown the ropes but accept this isn't always possible.
