Summary: Room was very clean; room attendant is very pleasant, security and grounds folks were very pleasant. Property is wore out. Check-in staff act wore out. Amenities are extremely limited. Water in front of hotel is full of sea-plant debris. We could not swim due to double red flag, but wouldn’t want to anyway per nasty water. Pool and pool was crowded, so we spent the day at Pier Park. Summary: Casa Loma is an overpriced, wore out hotel. We would have kept traveling if refund was available. Thankfully, we only reserved one night.
