You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful and tranquil surrounding yet be only 8 min away from lots of shopping including, grocery stores, gas stations, recreation centres and much more! The space
Beautiful brand new guest suite on lower level of house on an acre of property. Your option to choose from 1, 2 or all 3 bedrooms. Fully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for your short term stay! Suite is in a family home located in a rural, forested area. Area is very quiet, peaceful, tranquil and the air quality is amazing! Away from noise and pollution, but conveniently only 8 min away from lots of shopping, grocery stores, gas stations and Costco. YMCA, recreation centres, parks, Wildplay Outdoor park and Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa within a 5-15 min drive to name a few. If you are a motor fan, Western Speedway is only a short 5 min drive away. They frequently have car racing, demolitions, monster trucks etc. Also located by the Western Speedway is Go-Karts, Batting Cages & Mini Golf.
Please note: Breakfast items will be provided for your first morning only or until the items are gone. As well, some condiments, coffee and tea will be provided. We are on a well system so our water is pure, clean and fresh from an aquifer deep below the ground so it's free from Chlorine. In the warm summer months, the guest suite is naturally a nice comfortably cool temperature. The entire house has built in air conditioning for when the summer weather is at it's peak. Please feel free to enjoy the the outside space as well. There is a Barbecue for your use as well as a picnic table, swing seating and lounge area. Have a meal, a drink, read or just relax and enjoy the lush quiet space. Current special: for one bedroom (either 1 x queen size or 2 x twins), two bedrooms or with third bedroom (1 x twin - small bedroom without window). No extra cost for extra rooms for a limited time.
