Positive: The host was helpful and friendly from the beginning with helping me be comfortable via the booking message system . It was easy to access the apartment with the instructions to the keybox as selfservice, which was convenient as I arrived late in the evening. The apartment had a nice scent overall, soaps, comfortable bed, tv with Netflix, cooking facilities, mineral water, fridge, dishwasher, aircondition etc. My stay was during a cold rainy January period and the aircondition heated up the place nicely. All good for a short stay where you want to cook your own food and relax on the couch in the evening. You can tell the owner cares about small details and for a person who travels a lot, these small details are the things I notice and appreciate. The apartment had easy free parking in the street and the area seemed very quiet and safe. It was very close to a beautiful little beach and even though I stayed out of season (where most things was closed) there was still a quite nice café with decent food. There was not a supermarket in the area, but it was easy to drive 10 minutes to the neighbor town to get groceries.

Negative: The little frontyard garden was nice for my dog to go out - although a little minus was the gate was broken so it couldn't shut, so I needed to keep an eye on her so she didnt walk out on the street. If that was fixed, it would be perfect for us dog owners who appreciate an easy "pee time" for our furry friend. The view from the garden was very pleasant too in a pretty neighborhood with palm trees and nice gardens. I can imagine it would be lovely to have your morning coffee in the garden if it wasnt raining during my stay ☀️ The shower only has warm water for a short shower, so expect to be quick in the shower if you stay more than one person who want a warm shower. But for one person it was fine as long as you do your shower routine relatively quickly 😊 The apartment itself was not particularly "pretty", and there wasnt any windows, but the practical facilities made up for it. For 50€ per night I am very satisfied with the value for money and would happily recommend the place 😊
