Casa Rosada is an architectural gem, perched on a hill overlooking picturesque Chalk Sound, capturing the cross breeze between the sound and ocean. As you look out upon this magnificent National Park, you will be transported to a paradise where you cannot easily see another home.
The interiors feature raw wood beam ceilings and an eclectic mix of South Asian and Coastal inspired furnishings that create a warm and welcoming ambiance throughout that will help relax you.
A central great room is flanked on either side by a media-den or the library, each of which lead toward two sets of bedrooms, making it perfect for two families of four, 4 couples or 8 friends. Seating abounds in the home, with a library filled with books and games, and a media room with a large flat screen TV.
Each bedroom boasts water views of the sound, and access to the patio. The central great room has three sets of French doors that lead onto pool deck with a 40-foot-long infinity-edge pool and hot tub that can fit 10 people.
