Positive: Location was fantastic. Property is in Club Mar Paraiso complex which is right on the beach with a short cut up the hill to stroll Rua Mucugê and Broduei. We loved the reef in the morning and the waves in the afternoon. Extremely safe and relaxing. Patio and loungers were great for reading and eating. Great bathrooms and AC in the bedrooms. I could imagine being happy to stay here another time for a longer stay. It was so nice to be close enough to go out with my daughter and have my husband meet us later and easily find us exploring the reef and tide pools.
Negative: When you arrive to see all the loungers and beach chairs right in front of the property, it is tempting to think you can use them, but they are separately owned and operated by the hotel NOT the homes in the condo. This is no fault of the condo owner, but good to know to avoid being told to leave by the staff.. For the beach, we walked a short distance to La Plage for a day of family fun or enjoyed the pool loungers.
Summary: I would come again for relaxing family fun.
