Summary: These are more like apartments than a hotel. There's no reception or services, but the host is very available and quickly responded to all of our requests. The location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and the unit was tastefully decorated and fully equipped (well above average - we couldn't think of anything it didn't have). The backyard is amazing, with a pond, a barbecue area and a vegetable garden. This is ideal for a couple or family of three that plans to cook, invite friends over for a barbecue and go to the beach. The units show some sign of wear but you can tell that it's not because they don't care, but because they receive a lot of quests. If I had a little one, I'd need to ask for the unit on the lowest level, as the porch and back windows are not safe for crawling babies or even toddlers.
