Positive: Nice people , tried to carry our luggage upstairs, arranged a taxi to the airport with a very good price.
Negative: The bathroom was really dark with dark walls, really gloomy and depressing and i could barely see myself in the mirror in a way that i tried to avoid using the bathroom!the sink and shower's drain was clogged and hard to use, the lobby had a very gloomy light and almost dark at night n was a bit depressing as an enterance, there was no kettle in the room and no boiled water especially very early in the morning at 5.00 am when we wanted to go to Ankrowat before sunrise so we could not even have a glass of coffee before. However Later when i told them ,they gave me a kettle for my room
