Positive: Everything great. Big bathroom to easily dry all ski shoes during night, 4 induction plates to cook, own to warm bread rolls in the morning, toaster,.. A lot of hangers to hang stuff, heaters to dry clothes, heating easily adjustable - to heat more to dry clothes or less during night. Enough space for 4 people. No need to bring stuff for dishwashing, is all there. Lady who wellcomed us was very kind. Please mind hosts only speak Italian, so when arriving, be ready to this. Use google translate :) Parking on street next to the building, in front and also in the back. Short walk to skislopes, ski to door if you are doing freeride from Presena (when enough snow, of course). Bed linen for 4 people also awaiable at reasonable price.
Negative: On our last day of stay, there was a really heavy snowfall. Although road was cleaned all the time, we still needed to put on snowchains to leave parking (uphill). Nothing bad and surprising actually, but make sure to be prepared!
Summary: It was fantastic! I hope there will be opportunity to return soon.
