The house is situated a few minutes from Puerto Pollensa and only 700 m from the Pollensa golf course and offers beautiful views of the countryside. Pollensa has a beautiful oldtown with a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The lively holiday resort of Puerto Pollensa is only 10 minutes drive by car. It offers all amenities of a seaside resort with nice restaurants of all categories, bars, shopping facilities and a long promenade. Several beaches, two golf courses and the lovely old town of Alcudia with the colourful Sunday market are in easy travelling distance. The countryside around Pollensa is particularly popular with mountainbikers and hikers.
