There is is self contained studio attached and share walls with this 2 bedrooms Main House. The Studio has private entrance which can be booked separately as per our other listing call "Spacious Studio"
It close to Hunter Valley Vineyards and conveniently walking distance to local shops, suitable for business and leisure travellers with special price Monday to Wednesday (exclude Public Holidays) as per our online listing.
We provide bedsheets, blankets & covers, pillows & covers but NO bath towel, please bring your own bath towels. This cottage is newly renovated and professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is an outdoor bbq, free Wifi and a smart TV with Netflix. There are modern power points with USB to recharge your phone/tablet. There is a shared laundry, share undercover carport and shared garden with guests from an attached self contained studio.
This cottage also has reverse cycle air conditioning one in lounge room and bedrooms for your comfort in summer & winter. There are 2 Queen bed, 1 single bed with quality firm mattresses, pillows, 1 comfy pull out double sofa bed . Total sleep up to 6 guests.

It is cozy, attached / shared wall with a self contained Studio room which also rented though Airbnb/HomeAway.......As the result some noises from other parts of the house might be heard. Outdoor cameras located at the front and back of this property.
Close to Cessnock CBD, 10 mins drive to many different Wineyards offer cellar door wine tasting. Hunter Valley is well-known for foods, wines, concerts, its Semillon and Shiraz. It is 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney and very famous for weddings, wedding festivals, wine festivals, Winery Long Lunches, Food & Wine festival running through May-June, live musical concerts, Kids activities like snow time in the garden during winter and Christmas light show during Nov-Jan
Cessnock is a major town hub in Hunter Valley with pub, coffee shop, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, petrol station, post office, newagency
