The studio with approximately 800 sq ft, sleeping up to six guests (airbed and fold-out sofa bed for small setup fee, please inquire), features a comfortable queen-size bed, fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with -height freezer/fridge, microwave, electric induction hot plate, coffeemaker and generous-sized glass-enclosed tiled shower bath as well as a relaxing living room area with a 60" HDTV (wifi TV streaming including Netflix service). FREE Wi-Fi too! Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor patio table are available and shared with other residents. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to $30 fee per night.
