Sunny, eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, island with seating and natural wood cabinets. Large front porch for seasonal gatherings. Spacious private backyard with established gardens and off-street parking.

Summary: Best of several Asheville rentals over the years. Owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the spacious layout and comfortable and well maintained furniture and the updated appliances. Everything works! Minor areas of improvement: operating instructions for the "streaming only"tv; add an umbrella to the patio and replace the grill and cover. Overall enjoyable stay.
