Our building is located directly on the beach, not across the street, with access to the beach directly through a gate in the pool area. There's also a fitness room for guests to enjoy as well as a tennis court. A friendly pickleball group sets up on the beach in front of the building. Condado area is a very walkable neighborhood with many high-end hotels, casinos, restaurants, bars, shops, groceries, pharmacies, and anything you may need nearby. We are also convenientely located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Old San Juan, the fabulous colonial city.
