It's in a central location, conveniently close to a buzzing selection of bars, restaurants, shops and amenities and only a short stroll to pretty riverside walks. Bosa Marina and its award-winning beach is less than 2 kms away and easily reached via the local 'trenino'.
The house has recently been refurbished and modernised, restoring many original features including exposed brick and vaulted ceilings to create an elegant and authentic holiday home.
This townhouse has 4 floors accessed by a central staircase. First, there is a gorgeous and large studio apartment with period arched ceilings, balcony ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. On the next level are 2 very spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large balcony overlooking the pretty cobbled street below and the rear bedroom overlooks a pretty piazza with a church. The next floor above has a large dining area / kitchen with another large balcony and a separate 'cappuccino' terrace for lazy, sunny breakfasts. All this is capped with a second, larger roof-top terrace that offers stunning 360 panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and, closer-by, the pretty multi-coloured homes and presiding castello nestled on the hilltop.
