Ultimate location for biking and skiing. Private bright corner unit in Lake Placid Lodge at the base of the Creekside gondola & village. Wake up & walk across the street to the lift & shops from this cozy, modern, newly updated 1 BR with large private balcony. With acute attention to detail, my property has everything you need. Relax in the year-round pool & hot tub after a day on the hill while admiring peekaboo mountain views, Netflix & chill by the fireplace, or sip cocktails on the balcony.
The space
Warm, modern, clean and bright, with a large corner deck. Private and nestled in the trees on the quiet side of the building with peekaboo views of the mountain from the cozy window seat. The space is neat, tidy and uncluttered.
Fully equipped kitchen, with a Nespresso coffee machine, cast iron pans, Instapot, popcorn maker, soda stream and much more! The sofa is modern and comfortable, and includes a memory foam queen size mattress. Designated workspace for remote working and a gas fire place.
Enjoy a fusion of modern, local west coast art and decor, with a hint of hygge and Scandinavian undertones.
Guest access
You will have the entire condo to yourself, with full access to all kitchen amenities, in-suite laundry, and the private balcony.
I do keep personal items on the property, as this is my actual home. Some areas will be locked off, and I kindly ask that guests respect these areas, and do not enter them.
The pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ and outdoor dining area, and gardens are shared spaces, with other guests in the building. COVID regulations are in place for these spaces, and the number of guests allowed in these areas is limited.
Guest's will also have access to secure ski and bike storage, at the entrance of the building. Ski locks are required for the ski room.
Other things to note
There can be some noise from above and the hall - unfortunately our walls are thin. However, as it a corner unit, at the end of the building noise and traffic from the hall is usually fairly minimal.
STRICT NO PARTIES. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST'S. QUIET TIME IS 10PM.
No pets, as only owners may have pets in the building, and fines are enforced for any infractions.
As I do have a dog, there may be the odd hair still floating around, if you are allergic to dogs, this would not be a good fit for you! I keep the space squeaky clean, however, I like to be transparent that this could be an issue for some!
