Guest have full access to all the amenities within this private property. If guest would like to take a swim at the pool please note pool hours are from 10am-5pm

Any Guest over the party of 4 is considered a party which are not permitted.
House Rules:
PLEASE NOTE: For security and safety the host requires all guest to submit a photo of themselves holding a valid ID or driver license. If any additional guest require access to unit prior to your arrival, please ensure they are added to your reservation. We want all guest to enjoy their stay!
LEASING OFFICE/ COMMUNITY: Guest DO NOT have access to the leasing office. Please contact host for any assistance via phone or through Airbnb.
FEES. All guest in violation of house rules are subject to the following fees:
a. SMOKING fee $250 , smoking is prohibited from in the property. If smoking is detected by cleaners a fee will apply. No tobacco products are allowed inside the unit. We ask that you kindly smoke outside on the balcony.
b. PET fee, if a pet is detected such as barking is reported, or pet hair is found, a $100 fee will apply. This is a non-pet unit.
c. MISSING ITEMS fee. Guest agree to pay up to $250 for any item that needs to be replaced or any lost item which includes access key AND traditional door key.
d. Community/access security deposit. There's a $150 deposit for all reservations ( Deposits are refundable ). This is a quiet community all guest will follow community guidelines. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am
e. DAMAGED/LOST TOWELS: There's a $5 - $10 fee for damaged, or lost towels and linen. We provide darker colored towels for makeup.

Indemnified Parties shall not be liable or responsible for, and shall be defended and held harmless by anyone on premises during your reservation.
