Positive: I had a wonderful stay with Ciza and her family. They are all incredibly kind and welcoming. Ciza is a very responsible host who helped me arrange transportation and a guide, which made everything so much easier. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay and truly enjoyed my time in Chã das Caldeiras.
