2 Bedroom Condo in Miramar Beach
Located in the Golf Villas at Seascape, you will enjoy peace and tranquility at our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home. Enjoy your cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on our spacious balcony, overlooking beautiful mature trees and a portion of the golf course.
We are owner-managed and take great pride in our property and ensuring that our guests have a wonderful experience while you stay!
**Please note that we have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our property and we are currently and for the foreseeable future, taking extra measures and caution for cleanliness and sanitizing. Our property will be cleaned and inspected, then sanitized again, between each guest check out. We have always and will continue to supply soap, clean towels, clean linens, and a clean and fresh set of bed comforters and blankets, for each and every guest that stays with us. For an additional fee, you can request extra housekeeping services during your stay.
Just steps outside of our condo, you will find 2 different swimming pools. One is heated. Our condo is located far enough from the pools that you will not be disturbed by any noise but close enough to walk to both pools. One pool is located next to Golden Pond, ( adjacent to our building ) so you will enjoy the relaxing sounds of the large fountain at Golden Pond while you swim.
We have truly put our hearts into the remodel and decor of our home and are so excited to share it with you and your family! The condo features all new flooring, fixtures, quartz counter tops, appliances, and furnishings.
Enjoy cable tv in the living room, with 65 inch smart tv, and 32 inch smart tv’s with cable in both bedrooms.
The living room features a beautiful built-in book case with lots of storage underneath for any items you've brought with you on your trip. We also have games and cards for your family to enjoy while you stay.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook in the condo during your stay. We also have several restaurants on the property if you prefer to eat out or to get take out for the night!
The master bedroom has a very comfortable ( new ) mattress with memory foam. You will get a good nights sleep while you are here. You will have plenty of storage for your clothing and other items you've packed in our back hallway closets.
The vanity for the master bathroom sits outside of the ( shutting-door ) toilet and shower area so you can get ready while another person showers.
The secondary bathroom is located outside of the front hallway and features a shower and bathtub combination.
The secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds with comfortable mattresses, as well. Guests will enjoy cable tv or watching movies in this bedroom, as well.
Your entire party will have access to high-speed internet during your stay. We will provide you with the network and password when you arrive.
Beach storage is located at ground level so you won’t need to bring your sandy beach items upstairs. We have 4 nice beach chairs, a large sun umbrella, sand toys for the kids, and boogie boards for you to use while you stay with us.
Restaurants and amenities:
You will have access to all 6 pools on the Seascape property. 2 of them are just outside of our condo, steps away.Please see the resort map, located in the black binder in the kitchen for locations of all 6 pools.
There is a basketball court very close by, located next to the tennis courts, steps outside of our condo. There are 2 sets of tennis courts on the grounds. One of the 6 pools is heated and located right next to the basketball and tennis courts, just steps away from our condo. This pool also features a kiddie pool for our smallest of guests.
There are several charcoal grills located on Seascape property. One is located just downstairs and catty corner from our unit. You can see it from our balcony and are welcome to use it while you stay.
Bicycle rental: Seascape has a bicycle rental, located just across from the Ariel Dunes towers. Please check with them for weekly and daily rates. They will provide a bicycle lock for you to use during your rental period. The resort is a perfect place to take a bike ride and enjoy the surrounding beauty. One side of Seascape’s property line sits on Scenic 98, so you can also ride your bike on the bike/running path there with beautiful views of the Gulf of America, just to your side.
Golf: Seascape has a gorgeous golf course and driving range. Check with the pro shop or online for tee times and rates.
Seascape Towne Centre:
The newly built Towne Centre is just beautiful and features several restaurants/bars, including Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, a wine and spirits store, a breakfast/coffee shop called 2 Birds Cafe, arcade and laser tag for the kids, and so much more! Look them up online for more details.
Cabana Cafe:
Cabana Cafe is located downstairs at the bottom of the Ariel Dunes 1 tower. Our kids love their wood fired pizzas and it has a great atmosphere during the day and in the evenings. A few nights a week, they have live music and even karaoke! Enjoy hand-scooped ice cream and takeaway donuts at the front. You can also call in an order and pick it up to go.
