The cottage has 2 bedrooms (a queen bed & a bunk room), full bath, and loft with two beds. Easy access to Ogemaw ORV trails, use of a dock, and sandy swim area. Additionally there is shopping at the Tanger Outlets and several golf courses within driving distance. Local golf courses include: The Dream, The Nightmare, and West Branch Country Club.
Clear Lake has the Clear Lake Bar for great food, TVs for sports, and plenty of music. It also has Clear Lake Party Store within walking distance for hand-dipped ice cream, necessities, beer, and liquor--both the CLB and CL Party Store are within walking distance.
