Imagine a light-filled private sanctuary, close to the heart of Mornington.
Newly refurbished and offering a high standard of comfort, privacy, and space.
The main living area has a beautiful fireplace you can sit back and enjoy a drink. A simple kitchen offers you the basics for a few nights stay with a microwave, kettle toaster, and basic essentials.
The main bedroom is separate and has a very comfy queen size bed with all quality linen.
Enjoy the fabulous BBQ on the sunny private deck with an evening in, throw some meat of the burner and a nice bottle of red and make the most of the experience - the good old fashioned Aussie way!
You can walk to the beach from the side access which is approx a ten minute journey.
A bus stop is located just down the street to simply jump on and be in Mornington in a couple of stops.
This one bedroom retreat is fully contained with your own private entrance.

Secure Parking in drive off the street, there is a bus stop out front a few houses up and walking into town is nice to do also
Some of the furnishings have been used in television shows over the years - this property is located at the back of the block and has its own private entrance and set up with fire pit - there is another dwelling at the front of the property like a unit set up - the house is a one bedroom which is all private and secure for your use only.
