Contemporary and stylish the apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom area and full height sliding doors to partition living and bedroom areas. Glazed doors from the bedroom lead to a balcony area. Just a short distance is the cliff top and then two minutes walk to Alum Chine beach.
Fully fitted smart kitchen area including fridge, electric hob, oven and integrated microwave. There is a separate washing and drying room in the basement of the apartment building.
