Colorado River Vacation Home less than 200' from the river and is in, but not part of Paradise Pointe RV Park 20 miles north of Blythe CA. The home is a 1972 doublewide 24 x 70 in excellent shape, plus extensive concrete pads, awning , 16 X 30' garage and RV Parking with Sewer and hook ups. This is a classic party pad, sleeps 12, has room for mulpiple campers and RV's and parking, and is located on BLM land. This home is awesome for year round play, with 40 miles of river to explore and 100's of miles of off-roading right from the camp. We hunt dove every September and always limit, park our water and dirt toys year round. 180 miles from Vegas, 100 miles from laughlin, 70 miles from Glamis!
