The Neighborhood:
Drumheller is a town northeast of Calgary, in Alberta, Canada. On the edge of town, in Midland Provincial Park, the Royal Tyrrell Museum contains a large collection of dinosaur fossils. Downtown, stairs wind inside the โWorldโs Largest Dinosaur,โ a giant model T-Rex with views from its jaw. To the southeast, the Atlas Coal Mine National Historic Site explores the Drumheller Valleyโs coal-mining heritage.
Getting Around:
Most amenities are within walking distance however if you plan to visit the Museum we recommend a vehicle. There is free street parking as well as parking in the back of the house!
