Positive: The concierge staff was very friendly and really went out of their way to please abd assist us
Negative: I had a discussion about my breakfast being included. Eventually they agreed to offer us free breakfast. We were 6 friend or actually 3 couples used to very elegant hotels. We were reminded that this was a 3x star hotel abd as a fact, it was a 3x star hotel
