Summary: Our shower knob wouldn’t fully engage so water pressure was awful, shower curtain didn’t stay closed due to something chewing on it, phone in room didn’t work to call desk, some kids were running and jumping on third floor from 7pm to midnight and up again at 7am, and pool felt like 50 degrees, positives were it was fairly clean , staff was friendly . I wouldn’t stay again if given the choice.
