The hillside leading to the dock is steep, but steps are broad with a bench on a platform half way up/down. 12 large stone steps lead to the house from the driveway parking area with space for 3 - 4 cars. Settle in and enjoy the amenities: wifi, smart tv, large-capacity washer and dryer, fully-stocked newly remodeled kitchen, linens, hair dryer, iron and board, alarm clock, showers in both bathrooms - one is newly remodeled, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven, gas grill and coffee maker. The master bedroom has its own patio door that leads out to a secluded, seashore garden with private deck. A spacious loft sleeps two with reading area. Another first-floor bedroom also sleeps two. Enjoy river views while you dine - rain or shine - from the deck or dining room. Keep an eye out for deer, wild turkey, fox, bald and golden eagles, osprey and seals. A juvenile humpback whale was sighted in 2023! Watch the dramatic nine foot tides come and go. Westport Isle of View has much to offer. Come see for yourself.
