Positive: The apartment was very well appointed. It was very comfortable and had a little patio as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fully supplied with plates, glasses, utensils, dishwasher etc. It was a little out of the center of town, but easily accessible to public transportation. The Isar river was just up the street and was a lovely walk along its banks. The apartment is located in a local non-touristy neighborhood with good places to eat. The owner and assistant were very welcoming and helpful. It is a free standing building in a courtyard. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
Negative: The stairwell leading to the downstairs bedrooms is a little narrow but doable. One of the bedrooms only has a partial wall and curtain as a closure. Which we knew before hand and it was not a problem for our group but just wanted to share so people know.
Summary: Wonderful, well appointed treasure in a local neighborhood. I would highly recommend.
