Positive: Life on a boat. Owner was responsive. Not a rentable apartment for locals (minimising tourism impact).

Negative: Smell in the boat. Further than expected from city center - but easily accessible by tram. Shower drains were blocked - but owner came to unblock them the following day.

Summary: Ok for the prices in Barcelona and knowing that we helped in over tourism
