Positive: The location was SUPER close to Gonzaga, so if you have a student going there, this is the place to book. There also little alcoves in the lobby with individual TVs and a table where you can eat/drink with a few friends and watch TV. There are also two washers and two dryers if you want to carry less clothes and wash as you go. $2.50/wash and $1.50/dryer
Negative: The only issue was that the queen sized mattress sits on a wood platform that is larger than the footprint of the mattress so as you walk around the bed please be mindful of the corner. It is rounded and not a sharp corner, but I nonetheless whacked my shin and it broke skin.
