There is a shared laundry space on-site that has keypad entry access.
This is one of 2 properties inside a back house located directly behind the main house. Back houses are very common in Lubbock. This is a downstairs/ground level unit and does not share space with the unit upstairs although you may run into other guests while coming and going, or doing laundry. **Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property does allow some pets on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us if you are interested in bringing a pet as they will need to be approved. Any pets brought in without prior approval will be fined a $250 fee.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
