You will love this sweet rancher as soon as you walk through the front door. It's sparkling clean and thoughtfully decorated. We thoroughly disinfect all surfaces between bookings to ensure a sanitary environment for you, our esteemed guest.
Relax and enjoy two lovely bedrooms and large bath with jacuzzi tub/ shower. Master bedroom has a new pillow top king size bed and luxury bedding. Guest room / sitting room has a new deluxe queen sleeper with tempurpedic (memory foam) mattress.
The comfortable open concept living room offers new updated sofa and chairs, high def TV with local and streaming channels, a cozy office nook with complimentary hi- speed internet, printer, stylish desk and chair.
Gather round the roomy well appointed kitchen/ dining area. It has a brand new French door refrigerator and gas stove/ oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and small appliances. We stock essential pantry items for you and have everything needed except groceries for preparing meals at home.
The bathroom is large, clean & bright, with a Jacuzzi bathtub / shower combo. Enjoy the complimentary bath & spa products just for our guests.
The stocked laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience.
The home is bright and cheery with screened windows and doors, ceiling fans in all the rooms, new carpeting and professional painting. When the temps rise new central air conditioning will keep you cool throughout the home. In the winter stay warm with our newly installed energy efficient gas furnace.
The front porch is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while the sun rises and watching early morning joggers, & bikers along the adjacent Centennial trail.
The fenced backyard patio area sports a BBQ for outside grilling, umbrella table and chairs.
Garage Parking is available for one car. Off street parking for car or boat also.
