Positive: The property was pristine and in an excellent location for our needs. Everything was described accurately.
Negative: The master bed was not particularly comfortable. It was labeled a California King in the ad, but was a queen and felt like a futon. It also would have been nice to have K-cups provided for the keurig or a heads up to bring them with us as we got in on the late side. I do believe the cleaning fee is excessive for the size of the house and the requests for renters to strip beds, start the dishwasher, and remove trash. But, again, it was pristine when we arrived and that helped with the fee a bit.
Summary: The house met all of our needs and was accurately described.
