Summary: Room was clean but needs upgrading, bathroom configuration very small / restrictive. Didnt use pool or sauna facilities, however games room needs improvement. Cues has no heads and missing pool balls. Hotel.com offered breakfast, however was told no breakfast service at all by staff. Could be a brilliant venue with space and location but needs investment.
