Summary: A lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities. Just a little short of being Excellent as some of the staff are not trained to that level yet. The reception staff were top draw as an example of consistent service standards to be met. Everyone is polite and friendly but they need be accurate with food orders and replenish coffe and milk in the room. In the retail and hospitality industry details count.
